Welcome to AssApp.World ("the Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

AssApp.World is an adult social networking platform intended for users who are at least 21 years of age. By using this Service, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AssApp.World provides a platform for adults to connect, communicate, and arrange meetings with other consenting adults. Features include but are not limited to: user profiles, messaging, location-based services ("Ass Radar"), community events ("Pool Parties"), video sharing ("Theater"), and membership tiers.

3. User Conduct & Content

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Post illegal content or content depicting minors
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Use the Service for commercial solicitation without authorization
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Personal Meetings: Any meetings, hookups, dates, or encounters arranged through this Service are done entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for your personal safety when meeting other users.
  • Pool Parties & Events: If you attend any events, gatherings, or "Pool Parties" organized through or promoted on this platform, you do so at your own risk. AssApp.World is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or death that may occur at such events.
  • Physical Activities: Any physical activities, including but not limited to sexual activities, swimming, sports, or other interactions resulting from connections made on this platform, are undertaken at your sole risk.
  • Injury or Death: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.
  • Release: You hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE AssApp.World, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you while using the Service or participating in any activity resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AssApp.World and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your conduct in connection with the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AssApp.World does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user content or third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASSAPP.WORLD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

8. Women Are Always Free Policy

Users who identify as female ("Women") are entitled to free access to all membership tiers on AssApp.World. This policy is subject to verification at our discretion. AssApp.World reserves the right to revoke free access if we determine that a user has misrepresented their gender identity to obtain free access.

This policy may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AssApp.World operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE ASSUMING FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES, MEETINGS, EVENTS, OR INCIDENTS THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE.
